The Senior Sales Operations Lead, NAMER supports strategic sales execution in the Geo. The Ops Lead will work with Sales Leadership and the field to achieve Training & Certification's organizational objectives, deliver customer outcomes, and drive continuous improvements in field productivity.
The role will lead NAMER's forecasting & pipeline work, and provide our sales leaders with key insights to run the business.
This individual will need to collaborate effectively with senior leadership, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to solve problems, enable sales performance, create operational efficiencies, and deliver successfully against high organizational standards.
The individual must be a strong leader, and will draw upon solid analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to effectively partner with the NAMER and Global Sales and Operations Teams. The individual should have deep experience in sales processes and tools, including forecasting and pipeline management and reporting analytics to assist in supporting a world class Sales Team. This role is of strategic significance and high exposure to Director level business decision making support.
Key job responsibilities
•Own forecast and pipeline management. Create, and manage the monthly cadenced business reporting for NAMER
•Analyze data and trends to make informed recommendations to managers and drive change
•Leads T&C seller effectiveness reporting, field goal management, and annual planning for the Geo
•Partners across Sales, Finance, and Deal Desk teams to support, define, and optimize related Funding programs to increase deal velocity; provides reporting and communication, approval process improvements, etc

This position will work primarily with sales leadership and other stakeholders to support the extended AWS NAMER Training & Certification Sales organization. The role will provide critical insight into sales performance and help to shape the sales strategy for the Geo.
