This role is remote but must be based out of one of the following operational areas: Rockville MD, Atlanta GA, Fort Lauderdale FL, Chicago IL or Austin TX.
You must be able to travel up to 80% of the time across East Coast (2-3 d/wk)
Key job responsibilities
Leads multiple new store development and remodels.
Partners with cross-functional teams (architects, engineers, and consultants) to facilitate the complete redesign of new stores and remodels.
Provides oversight in ensuring contractual agreements and vendor working agreements are developed, negotiated, and maintained.
Prepares construction budgets and tracking to actual costs.
Conceives new designs and implementation of grocery equipment and fixtures.
Oversees all aspects of construction administration, including contract negotiation, change orders / management, project schedules, and project closeout documentation.
Leads regional equipment buyer(s) and equipment buying processes.

Considers enterprise-wide implications of decisions and recommendations.
Provides process and policy advice to Team Members and customers.
Conveys and / or consults on issues of moderate to significant complexity.
