Key job responsibilities
- Regional program management of maintenance suppliers for Amazon Air's fleet of Ground Support Equipment (GSE) and Unit Load Devices (ULD)
- Lead network-wide programs to improve reliability, cost, operational efficiency, and safety in partnership with Amazon Air cross-functional teams
- Manage supplier GSE maintenance and spare parts contracts, purchase orders, and invoices
- Conduct supplier program reviews for contractual performance, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement programs
- Hold customer program reviews to review program status and goals
- Investigate contractual issues and partner with customers and suppliers on corrective actions
- Perform periodic supplier audits to verify contractual compliance
- Develop budgets and program plans to support Amazon Air goals
- Travel domestically up to 25%
