Position Responsibilities:
Translate business needs, conduct data analysis with appropriate statistical approach, and define key sales support systems and processes to meet business development objectives. Design, develop, test, and implement the Amazon Ads Sales customer levels of service, defining Sales service models to accelerate revenue growth. Partner with global Sales and Finance leadership on strategic planning, goal-setting, account segmentation and coverage frameworks, customer engagement and level of service strategies, and on business oversight to hold the organization accountable. Develop Sales-friendly processes, communications, and trainings, and track performance in support of global program goals, effectively balancing regional or team-specific nuance with global consistency.
40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range: $159,400/year to $215,600/year.
