The Sr Manager Dispenser and Separation system supply chain will own the end-to-end Supply chain launch systems ensuring seamless production execution and material readiness. This role will work closely with Launch services, Engineering, Quality, and other key stakeholders to drive manufacturing excellence and meet production targets. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a successful track record in managing large aerospace sub systems implementing design changes, driving cost reduction initiatives, and resolving technical challenges in a high-volume production environment.
Key job responsibilities
This role will partner with Engineering teams and Launch Service Providers to establish and execute comprehensive strategies that drive operational excellence across Kuiper's launch integration systems. The candidate will be responsible for managing key supplier relationships and contracts for critical launch sub-systems including Dispensers, Separation Systems, and Hold Down & Release Mechanisms. Through strategic coordination with suppliers and cross-functional teams, they will oversee design implementation, manufacturing readiness, and quality compliance while driving cost optimization initiatives to meet program targets. The role demands strong leadership in resolving technical and manufacturing challenges by fostering collaboration between suppliers, engineering, and operations teams. This integrated approach ensures successful delivery of flight hardware while maintaining the high-quality standards essential for launch system integration.

• Drive technical readiness and manufacturing oversight of supplier-owned design and production activities
• Lead implementation and configuration management of engineering changes across supplier network while maintaining delivery schedules
• Develop and manage supplier relationships and contracts for launch integration sub-systems to support Kuiper's deployment targets
• Develop and execute cost reduction initiatives with suppliers to meet program affordability targets
• Manage supplier quality performance and improvement programs through collaboration with engineering and supply chain
