As a Senior Worldwide Data/GenAI Strategist within the Data Strategy for AI team at AWS, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing data and AI strategies specifically focused on the Retail, Restaurant, and Consumer Goods (RRCG) sector. You'll help drive the adoption of AWS's comprehensive suite of Database, Analytics, AI/ML, and Generative AI solutions across major enterprises in these industries.
In this role, you'll identify and engage with key RRCG customers to understand their unique challenges and opportunities, architecting solutions that leverage AWS's AI capabilities to transform their businesses. You'll build and nurture strategic relationships with customer executives and technical leaders, while enabling AWS sales teams to drive meaningful customer engagements and long-term business growth.
Working at the intersection of technology and business, you'll collaborate closely with AWS product teams to influence roadmaps, ensure service offerings align with RRCG industry needs, and address critical customer requirements. Your insights and industry expertise will help shape the evolution of AWS's AI/ML services while establishing AWS as the preferred platform for AI transformation in the RRCG sector.

Key job responsibilities
- Drive strategic initiatives for AWS's data and AI transformation across the RRCG (Retail, Restaurant, and Consumer Goods) sector, focusing on enterprise-scale implementations.
- Develop industry frameworks and best practices for RRCG-specific AI/ML use cases, including inventory optimization, demand forecasting, and personalization.
- Partner with AWS service teams to shape product roadmaps and ensure RRCG industry requirements are incorporated into development.
- Lead Executive Briefing Center (EBC) engagements with C-suite and VP-level executives, articulating AWS's vision for AI transformation.
- Collaborate with regional account teams to identify and support lighthouse customers implementing AWS Data and AI platform services.
- Create thought leadership content focused on AI/ML innovation and digital transformation for both business and technical audiences.
- Build strategic relationships with industry influencers, partners, and customer executives to accelerate AWS adoption.
- Provide expert guidance to sales teams on complex RRCG use cases, helping position AWS's data and AI solutions.
- Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and solutions architecture teams to ensure consistent messaging.
- Analyze industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and inform AWS's RRCG sector strategy.
