Position Summary:
This position provides advanced financial analysis and support to the Director and Managers of FP&A and Business Leaders. Incumbent will be expected to perform competently in all core finance disciplines. This position will ensure accuracy of data, complete information and support overall team in delivering Reporting and Planning deliverables.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support Budget, Forecast and Latest Estimate processes, including preparation of submission templates, analyzing key accounts and KPIs, and working with teams across ADUSA Distribution and Transportation, Support Companies and Brands to ensure timely submission, accuracy and upload of information into BPC/SAP.
- Work with partners across the business and finance/accounting to prepare information for projections and month end close.
- Support month-end close processes, including journal entry/accrual preparation, variance analysis, reporting for department and leadership review
- Identify insights and suggest actionable recommendations to support forecast accuracy and budget achievement
- Develop standardized templates to ensure an efficient reporting process (tables, waterfall graphs, trend lines, etc.). Develop and use templates for data collection, evaluate submissions for accuracy, completeness and reasonableness, consolidate submissions and provide reports or detailed data feeds to business partners and management
- Work on ad-hoc reporting and miscellaneous supply chain projects as required.
- Interface with business leads to determine plans for future periods and support them in projecting financial impact
Abilities:
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree - Finance, Accounting or Related Field
Experience:
- 3 – 5 years of FP&A, accounting or business-related experience
- Excel (requirement), PowerPoint Power BI and SAP/BPC are a plus
- Core competencies/skills: time management, prioritization, change management, communication skills, collaboration, critical thinking
