We're hiring a Test Technician who will be responsible for assembling the mechanical/electrical components of the propulsion system for the satellite in a cleanroom and ESD control environment. The working hours for this role are 4/10s, Friday-Monday 7 am - 5:30 pm PDT.
The Technician will assemble the propulsion system and help to identify process improvements to improve build efficiency. You will work closely with multiple engineering teams on production hardware and manufacturing processes. The successful candidate thrives in a fast paced, start-up like environment and are able to apply their technical expertise and commitment to quality to positively impact team metrics and organization goals. To be successful you need to be highly motivated and detail oriented while showing the highest standards of execution.
Key job responsibilities
- Support process work and review output for quality and adherence to standards and procedures
- Participate in daily team meetings, end-of-shift reporting, and coordinating efforts to minimize production interruptions.
- Support safety standards and operations protocol while ensuring team compliance.

The starting pay for this role in Washington State is up to $37/hour and employees are eligible for incremental raises based on tenure.
