Project Kuiper is Amazon's low Earth orbit satellite broadband network. Its mission is to deliver fast, reliable internet to customers and communities around the world. Project Kuiper will help close the digital divide by delivering fast, affordable broadband to a wide range of customers, including consumers, businesses, government agencies, and other organizations operating in places without reliable connectivity.
As a technical product manager within the infrastructure arm of Kuiper Enterprise Technology, you will define and drive the product strategy for Kuiper's critical infrastructure offerings. You'll own the infrastructure service catalog, develop technical roadmaps, and ensure our infrastructure solutions meet the scaling needs of Kuiper's manufacturing, launch, and operations teams. This role combines deep technical expertise with product management discipline to deliver infrastructure solutions that enable Kuiper's ambitious growth plans.

Key job responsibilities
• Own and evolve the infrastructure service catalog and technical roadmap
• Define infrastructure product offerings with clear SLAs, specifications, and lifecycle management
• Develop basis-of-design standards and playbooks for infrastructure deployments
• Partner with system engineers and developers to ensure technical feasibility and scalability
• Drive standardization of infrastructure solutions across global operations
• Create and maintain product requirements documents and technical specifications
• Lead infrastructure architecture decisions and technical direction
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and validate solutions
• Manage infrastructure product lifecycle from concept through deployment
• Define and track key performance metrics for infrastructure offerings
