In this role, you will be responsible for developing the strategy for AGS’s Field Tech Sales Operations organization across its ~$100Bn Global Sales (AGS) business. You will partner directly with AWS's Head of Global Field tech Ops and strategy leader and the Tech leadership team to shape and create transformational growth strategies. You lean towards the technical, you love going deep on architecture, GenAI, and how to bring services together to meet our customer’s needs. Your scope will include developing data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions, designing and implementing new sales motions and growth initiatives.
Global Tech GTM Strategy Leader to create worldwide Tech GTM strategies and cascade those strategies into our Geographies and Business Units. The ideal candidate listens first and brings humility to conversations with senior AWS Leaders and the senior leadership of our customers. They collaborate effectively, working with a small team on big things. The candidate knows when and where to advocate vigorously for a well-informed position. We expect anyone considering the position to possess keen business and financial acumen, but we are looking for candidates that can identify and incorporate the brilliant insights of others, while selflessly sharing their own.
Key job responsibilities
• Architect Tech GTM strategies for AGS
• Cascade worldwide strategies to AGS Geos and Business Units, supporting local adaptation as needed
• Partner across other functions within AWS to ensure our strategies align
• Develop relationships with internal and external senior leaders across AWS to gain and share strategic insights
• Work with data science teams to develop comprehensive data analyses
• Provide comprehensive analysis and recommendations for business decisions
