The Alexa Ambient Computing Technologies (AACT) team is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Vice President of the organization. This role requires exceptional organizational abilities, strong judgment, and the ability to navigate complex situations while maintaining confidentiality. You'll manage a dynamic calendar, coordinate across multiple organizations, and help drive operational excellence.
Key job responsibilities
• Manage complex calendar and travel scheduling, often involving multiple stakeholders across global time zones
• Optimize executive effectiveness through partnership on priorities to react to a fast-moving calendar
• Coordinate and prepare materials for leadership meetings, operational reviews, and all-hands sessions
• Handle confidential communications and documentation with discretion
• Process expense reports and manage procurement requests
• Organize team events, offsites, and strategic planning sessions
• Support EA hiring and onboarding processes
• Create and maintain operational dashboards and tracking mechanisms
