Your Role in Our Mission
As a
QP Facilitator on the High-Fidelity Wraparound team, you will build and lead the Child and Family Team (CFT) to support youth on a mission to stay “at home, in school, and out of trouble.” You will coordinate team activities to achieve this goal while providing direct support and education to families and team members. Using a strengths-based approach, you will guide the family in accomplishing objectives outlined in the Family Plan and ensure accurate documentation in the UNCG database. You will embody the Wraparound philosophy of “Whatever it takes” to meet the unique needs of youth and families, driving meaningful, lasting success.

This full-time position offers a
flexible schedule primarily business hours, but does include 3-7pm to accommodate the family’s schedules as needed. We also offer competitive benefits for benefits-eligible positions.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive hourly salary: $43,680,000 to $52,000 for this full-time non-exempt position

What We’re Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related Human Services field
- Must meet the NC Qualified Professional requirements to include education and experience with the population served
- A valid driver's license, current auto insurance and a reliable vehicle for work-related travel
