THE OPPORTUNITY:
TheManufacturingOperator,Processingis responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the quality system for our Tipp City, Ohio location.
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON:
Preparation/operation/monitoring/documentationof bulk slurries for blending operations
Preparation/operation/monitoring/documentationof computer-controlled heat treatment processes
Preparation/operation/monitoring/documentationof computer-controlled blending processes 
Weighing/documenting/staging,utilizing a computer-controlled weigh system for batch ingredients
Preparation/operation/monitoring/documentationof a computer-controlled clean-in-place (CIP) system utilized formanufacturingequipment (i.e. tanks, heat treatment system, etc.)
Preparation/perform/documentproduct Line work operations (i.e.Standardization/FinalWater using ingredients, flavors, oils etc.)
Maintain areaGMPcompliance through routine cleaning of equipment, general area andpreventative maintenanceof equipment; adherence to batch work order and job procedures, whilerecording/maintainingaccuratedocumentation
Receipt and transportation ofbulk raw ingredients,CIPchemicals etc.
Perform and support other work related duties as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Some college or vocational schooling
Knowledge of applicableregulatory standardsand requirements forinfant formulaandnutritionals
Prior foodmanufacturingor similar batch process with a significant emphasis onGood Manufacturing Practices(GMP) and computer-controlled systems desired
Good written, verbal, computer, andmechanical skills
Good interpersonal skills and be able to work safely in a team environment
Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment with the ability to comprehend, make decisive decisions and use problem solving skills while maintaining quality product and areaGMPat all times
