- Days Schedule: 7:00 AM - 11:30 PM (Works Rotating Weekends and Holidays)

The Supply Chain Distribution Program Manager reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.
- This independent contributor position has manager-level responsibilities that include leading process improvement activities across the division, managing departmental metrics and serving as a liaison for the Supply Chain division to support organizational projects and initiatives. The Project Manager, Supply Chain places the needs of the customer as a first priority and demonstrates the skills necessary to meet and exceed expectations. The Project Manager, Supply Chain works collaboratively across the division, hospital, academic medical center and health system in a continuous pursuit to streamline distribution processes, reduce costs and improve services provided to clinical staff to support the highest quality patient care.
- The Project Manager, Supply Chain has responsibility for assessing programs, processes and technologies utilized throughout the Supply Chain division to develop standardized and streamlined workflows, optimize inventory levels and replenishment strategies and deploy new technologies as appropriate to maximize efficient use of resources. This position is responsible for working with internal and external customers to identify opportunities for improving customer satisfaction and service levels while simultaneously reducing costs within the distribution channel.
Responsibilities:
- Provides Supply Chain management, strategic planning and tactical support for a range of projects and workflows as assigned
- Serves as the department’s primary contact for selected Supply Chain functions, divisional projects and internal and external improvement initiatives
- Identifies and deploys industry supply chain best practices including but not limited to use of technology, workflow and standard operating procedures
- Oversees functionality and development of key Supply Chain systems, such as ERP, RFID, RTLS, and associated mobile technology
- Maintains departmental metrics, productivity statistics and KPIs
- Performs regular inventory optimization assessments to ensure efficient and appropriate par leveling
- Analyzes and interprets various sets of financial, statistical, and managerial data and formulates recommendations
- Manages project budgets as assigned
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Finance, Accounting, Management Engineering, Hospital Administration or related field) or equivalent work experience
- Minimum three (3) years of project management experience preferably in Supply Chain Operations (purchasing, inventory, distribution, accounts payable), in a healthcare setting
- Excellent computer skills and data management in operation systems and standard application Software
- Proven leadership skills, solid written and verbal communication skills
Preferred:
- Masters degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Management Engineering, HospitalAdministration or other related field.
