Human Resources Intern, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the HR team to help build a strong, inclusive, and compassionate workplace that reflects our commitment to enhancing lives across North Carolina and Virginia.
Position details: Monday – Friday, between 8 am-5 pm
Location: Raleigh
Compensation: $12–$15/hour
Your Role in Our Mission
As An HR Intern, You’ll Support a Wide Range Of HR Functions While Learning Directly From Experienced Professionals. You Will Gain Exposure To Core HR Practices And Contribute To Meaningful Projects, Including
- Recruitment and onboarding support
- Employee engagement and training initiatives
- Compliance and documentation processes
- Researching HR best practices and policies
- Providing general administrative support for HR projects

What We’re Looking For
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and internet applications
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage projects and maintain confidentiality
- Enthusiastic about teamwork and supporting others
