STARTING AT: $23.00 Hourly | $45,000 AnnuallySCHEDULE: Full-time; Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM; 37.5-hour work week
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESGreet visitors and both internal and external clients and direct them to appropriate areas. Manage the Bank’s operator line; fielding inquiries, relaying messages, warm transfer calls to other colleagues; distribute faxes and general mailbox voicemails to the appropriate teams.Support daily office operations by handling administrative responsibilities, including but not limited to filing, drafting correspondence, copying, scanning, and scheduling conference room reservations.Oversee mailroom operations, including sorting and distributing mail and courier packages, processing supply requests, and managing office, building, and coffee supply inventory.Maintain the front reception area, boardroom and all other conference rooms.Process sponsorship and donation requests through Blackbaud software.Maintain an organized and efficient filing system for both physical and electronic documents.Coordinate weekly Loan Committee materials and upload to Diligent Director portal.Post updated Rate Sheets to the intranet.Assist with Bank-wide events.Other duties assigned by department management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat.Demonstrate a self-starter mindset and a strong willingness to learn new skills to support the team.Ability to communicate clearly and accurately in both verbal and written form.Ability to work independently and efficiently.Ability to manage time, resources, and set priorities to accomplish multiple duties.Ability to maintain and report on confidential information in an appropriate manner.Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency.Great interpersonal skills; commitment to exceptional service and client relationship development for internal and external clients. EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
- High school diploma or GED; college education preferred.2- 3 years of administrative, office support experience.

WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Working conditions are those of an “open” office environment, which can require the ability to manage some stress such as noise level from clients, employees, and general office equipment, etc. Daily use of wrists, hands, and fingers to use computer, telephone, fax, copier, and general office equipment. Ability to hear and speak clearly for gathering information. Sitting for extended periods of time (up to 8 hours), standing, and walking up to 20% of work time.
