Your Role In Our Mission
As an
Outpatient Therapist with ESPH, you’ll play a vital role in helping individuals build brighter, healthier futures. You’ll conduct screenings, evaluations, and diagnostic assessments to develop meaningful treatment goals and person-centered plans (PCPs) that reflect each client’s unique voice, needs, and aspirations. You’ll also have the opportunity to design and lead therapy groups
, fostering connection and growth.

What We’re Looking For
- Skills: Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices and group facilitation, crisis intervention, problem-solving, and decision-making.
- Licensure: Full or Provisional LCSW, LCMHC, or LCAS | Dual licensure preferred.
- Experience in Substance Use services preferred
- Proficiency with EHR systems or technically savvy.
- Maintain valid state appropriate driver’s license and auto insurance.
