At Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH), our mission is rooted in empowering individuals and strengthening communities. We’re looking for a dedicated Program Supervisor to lead our team in supporting individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and mental health needs in our short-term Crisis Therapeutic Home (CTH) in Staunton, VA.
Your Role in Our Mission
The
Program Supervisor oversees the administration and management of center-based services in the Crisis Therapeutic Home (CTH), ensuring high-quality care for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and mental health needs. Primary responsibilities include clinical and administrative supervision of staff, coordination of admissions and transitions, and implementation of day programming. The role also ensures compliance with state licensing, monitors service documentation, and manages claims and revenue collection. Communication is key - the Program Supervisor collaborates with clinical teams, families, and community partners.

Enjoy a consistent schedule of Monday - Friday with your choice of 7am-3pm, 8am-4pm, or 9am-5pm. Additional flexibility is needed for the residential on-call rotation.

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary: $67,000 - 73,000 annually

What We’re Looking For
- Education: Master's degree in health, psychology or social work
- Licensed or Licensed-eligible preferred but not required, or
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in human services with a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP)
- 2 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities, including programming for those with significant behavioral needs
- 2 years of supervisory experience in a mental health or I/DD setting - residential setting preferred
- A valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and current auto insurance
