Shape the Future of Surgical Excellence | Join Our Vision for 2030 AtlantiCare is seeking a dedicated and innovative Trauma/Acute Care Surgeon to join our growing team of Trauma/Acute Care Surgeons as both a clinician and Director. The Division Director of Acute Care Surgery is an inaugural role at AtlantiCare. We currently do not have a dedicated Acute Care Surgery Director appointed, offering candidates a unique chance to shape and contribute to the surgical program while aligning with our Vision 2030 goals. The Vision 2030 goals include improving patient outcomes, developing a robust research program and providing education through our partnership with Drexel University.
Practice Highlights & Innovations - Join a team of board-certified general and surgery-critical care surgeons providing trauma, surgical critical care, and emergency general surgery care for the southeastern New Jersey community.
- AtlantiCare is an ACS-verified Level II Trauma Center established 33 years ago, managing more than 2,000 trauma encounters annually.
- The Acute Care Surgery service line, established less than two years ago, is rapidly expanding and offers a diverse surgical caseload.
- This leadership role provides the unique opportunity to shape protocols, lead quality improvement initiatives, and collaborate with a talented multidisciplinary team to elevate surgical outcomes.
