Position Summary
We are seeking a collaborative and motivated IT support specialist to join our team in Bedford, NH. In this role, you will support a variety of project and operational needs while partnering with engineers, scientists, and employees across the firm. This position offers a fast-paced environment with exciting challenges and meaningful opportunities for learning and professional growth.
What You Will Do
- Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and related peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Assist with new user setups, including accounts, hardware, and basic onboarding tasks.
- Perform routine hardware maintenance, imaging, and deployment of computers and accessories.
- Support printers, scanners, and basic network connectivity issues.
- Monitor and update the IT ticketing system with notes and resolutions.
- Assist with documentation of procedures, hardware inventory, and user guides.
- Escalate issues appropriately when additional expertise is required.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach when supporting internal users.
What We Are Looking For
- Foundational understanding of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and common troubleshooting steps.
- Familiarity with networks, Wi-Fi, and basic connectivity troubleshooting.
- Strong customer service approach with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to organize tasks, manage time, and handle multiple assignments.
- Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow within the team.
- Ability to work well with others and contribute positively to team culture.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
Physical Requirements
- Work is mainly performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
- Primarily sedentary work requiring long periods of sitting.
- Substantial repetitive motions of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers is required.
- Close visual acuity is required to perform activities such as viewing a computer screen and extensive reading.
- Must have the ability to lift and carry parcels, packages, and other items, up to 20 pounds.
Work Format and Schedule
- Standard Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
- Work Format: Onsite role based in Bedford, NH
- Office Location: Bedford, NH

Salary Information
- The hourly range for this position is $19.00 to $22.00.
- Specific compensation for the successful candidate will be based on factors such as experience, education, training, qualifications, and work location.
- Supplemental Pay: Discretionary, annual bonus is based on individual and company performance.
