Analyst III, Logistics, you'll be at the center of our distribution and transportation ecosystem-empowering our teams, enhancing system performance, and ensuring our stores and customers get what they need, when they need it.
What You'll Lead & Deliver In this role, you'll become a trusted problem-solver, collaborator, and technical expert. You will:
Drive Operational Excellence - Manage the daily workflow across Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), outbound routing platforms, and order entry tools.
- Act as a key liaison between Logistics, Operations, and IT to keep all systems running smoothly.
Support Teams & Strengthen Partnerships - Work closely with Retail, Merchandising, Vendors, Trucking partners, and other providers to ensure exceptional service at every step.
- Collaborate with the Demand Management team to resolve retail ordering or replenishment issues.
Be a Technical & Training Resource - Train new associates on WMS, ITM, Order Entry, and related hardware or troubleshooting processes.
- Serve as the go-to technical resource for your area, troubleshooting system issues and guiding best practices.
Shape Processes & Improve Performance - Recommend enhancements to workflows, processes, or standard procedures.
- Support the creation and improvement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Proactively manage day-to-day challenges involving order flow, system exceptions, and operational disruptions.
Contribute to a High-Performing Supply Chain - Analyze business trends using consumer insights and system data to support smarter retail operations.
- Help drive change, innovation, and continuous improvement across our distribution network.
What You Bring to Our Team Education & Experience - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience.
- Experience with tools such as SEGA, DSS, LlamaSoft, WMS, PFT, Inforem, Tableau, Revionics, and MSP.
- Proven success collaborating with vendors, transportation providers, and third-party partners.
Knowledge - Understanding of trucking, distribution, replenishment logistics, and industry practices.
- Solid foundational knowledge of supply chain processes and technologies.
Skills - Strong adaptability-you embrace change and help others navigate it.
- Excellent organization, planning, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Skilled at influencing, presenting ideas persuasively, and bringing solutions to life.
