Engineering Fix-It-Now (E-FIN) Supervisor - Plant Hatch
Summary
The EFIN Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership and direction to the EFIN organization performing tactical engineering activities during core business hours for the station. The position reports to the Sr. Manager of Site Design
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Eight (8) years power plant experience is preferred
- One (1) year nuclear power plant experience is required
- Selected candidate must live within one hour of the Facility for emergency response availability
Preferences
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related science or Professional Engineer license is preferred
- Knowledge of engineering design processes and practices is preferred
- Experience in complex troubleshooting is preferred
- Emergency Response Organization (ERO) qualifiable as Engineering Supervisor and Severe Accident Mitigation Guideline (SAMG) evaluator preferred
- Knowledge of various nuclear plant technologies, maintenance, operations, and their impacts on Fleet operations
- Current or previous senior reactor operator (SRO) license or certification is preferred
