At Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH), we’re seeking a compassionate and dedicated full-time Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. What You’ll Do
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) is responsible for sourcing and full-cycle recruiting of all positions in our clinics including licensed clinical substance use and behavioral health professionals. The TAS works closely with front-line leaders to build their teams by matching them with IDEAL, "right fit" candidates. Communication, collaboration, relationship building, active listening and learning skills are needed for the TAS to provide an engaging candidate experience as well as stay up-to-date with the market and recruiting trends.
This position is mostly remote with intermittent travel to headquarters in Raleigh and weekly travel within the assigned service area for career and community events and boots-on-the-ground recruiting.

competitive salary. This full-time, 40 hours per week, hybrid position offers a

What We’re Looking For

We also require:
- Minimum of 3 years related experience
- Behavioral Health or Healthcare recruiting background is required
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Human Resources is preferred
