Amazon Leo is Amazon's low Earth orbit satellite network. Our mission is to deliver fast, reliable broadband connectivity to customers beyond the reach of existing networks. From households to small businesses, schools, hospitals, and government agencies, Amazon Leo will serve communities and organizations operating in places without dependable internet access.
Overall, the Leo Inventory & Fulfillment Technology (LIFT) team is responsible for the supply chain technology for Customer Terminals (CT) and Accessories in partnership with Leo, Retail, and Devices teams. Leo’s supply chain has unique complexities including unique integrations, distribution channels, and new field partners. We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to serve as the end-to-end program management layer for LIFT at the business and operational level. This leader will orchestrate across Forward, Reverse, Inventory, and partner domains to ensure alignment, visibility, and readiness across the entire LIFT ecosystem.
A successful candidate will be a strong communicator and operator who can maintain a consolidated view of complex, cross-functional programs while driving accountability and governance. They will establish and enforce launch readiness frameworks, lead executive reporting, and own the single, consistent LIFT narrative for senior leadership. Flexibility and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced, greenfield environment will be essential.
Key job responsibilities
- End-to-end LIFT program tracking as the single source of truth. Maintain a consolidated view across Forward, Reverse, & Inventory Product, Devices, and partner domains, ensuring alignment on priorities, milestones, and progress across all LIFT workstreams.
- Establish launch readiness governance. Define and enforce clear frameworks, checkpoints, and go/no-go criteria across product and partner readiness.
- Program-level risk identification and mitigation. Maintain a centralized view of operational and partner risks with clear ownership and escalation paths.
- Executive reporting and narrative ownership. Own the single, consistent LIFT story that bridges product capabilities, operational readiness, and partner execution for senior leadership.
- Own the LIFT Weekly Business Reviews (WBR). Lead working-level forum with LIFT and partner teams to review operational metrics, identify emerging issues, and implement tactical corrections. This serves as the system for bridging performance, process adjustments, escalation triggers, and resource allocation.
- Manage implementation and adoption of operational changes across global Field or Business teams, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder readiness.

About the team
The LIFT Planning & Enablement (P&E) team is the control tower for Amazon Leo's Inventory & Fulfillment Technology organization. We orchestrate across Forward, Reverse, Customer, and Inventory product domains, Devices Global Logistics (DGL), and Field Service Provider (FSP) partners to ensure seamless execution of Leo's global supply chain operations—from procurement and inventory positioning to fulfillment readiness and returns processing across 100+ countries.
We are responsible for program-level governance, launch readiness, cross-functional coordination, and executive reporting that enables Leo leadership to make informed decisions. Our team bridges the gap between product capabilities, technical delivery, and operational execution, ensuring that all workstreams are aligned and progressing toward shared milestones.
We work at the intersection of strategy and execution. We are establishing the frameworks, reviews, and escalation mechanisms that keep LIFT's complex, multi-domain programs on track. We are building this function from the ground up, which means you will have the opportunity to define processes, set standards, and shape how program management operates within LIFT.
