We're looking for a Workforce Planning Analyst to join our Central Operations team, supporting workforce strategy across our Data Center Engineering Operations (DCEO), Data Center Operations (DCO), and Logistics functions. You'll ensure our data center workforce is right-sized, properly skilled, and positioned to meet the demands of a rapidly scaling global infrastructure.
Key job responsibilities
Develop and maintain workforce forecasts for DCEO, DCO, and Logistics teams based on capacity launches, rack deployments, decommission schedules, and operational volume drivers
Build capacity models that account for data center lifecycle stages (build, launch, steady-state, decommission) and their unique staffing profiles
Partner with regional operations leaders to align headcount plans with site launch timelines, colocation expansions, and infrastructure growth roadmaps
Analyze technician utilization, ticket volumes, preventive maintenance schedules, and logistics throughput to optimize staffing ratios
Model shift coverage requirements across 24/7 operations, accounting for shrinkage, attrition, training ramps, and seasonal variation
Support hiring pipeline planning by providing lead-time-adjusted headcount recommendations to recruiting partners
Track and forecast attrition trends across roles (DCEO technicians, DCO engineers, logistics coordinators) and recommend retention-informed planning adjustments
Create dashboards and reporting that provide visibility into workforce health metrics: fill rates, time-to-productivity, overtime trends, and coverage gaps
Develop scenario plans for new region launches, fleet expansions, and technology transitions that impact labor demand
Drive standardization of workforce planning methodologies across geographies and operational functions
