The North America Stores Creative team is seeking a Sr. Designer to focus on one of Amazon’s newest offerings: Haul. You will be responsible for executing high-quality, customer-facing work for Haul across all marketing channels, contributing to a cohesive brand identity and supporting the team’s design standards. This role requires strong craft expertise, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to lead projects from brief to delivery while partnering cross-functionally to produce impactful marketing deliverables. The idea candidate demonstrates an exceptional design eye, high-level motion experience, strategic creative thinking, and the ability to mentor junior designers while driving creative innovation.

* Demonstrates a strong understanding of the retail ecommerce space and different channel strategies
* Ability to use performance data and testing insights to inform design decisions
* Clear and concise communication skills with the ability to present concepts and finished work to stakeholders
* Awareness of emerging design trends and GenAI innovations
* Experience contributing to or maintaining brand style guides and playbooks
* Experience driving creative innovation projects and presenting to internal teams
* Familiarity with process improvement and streamlining creative delivery workflows
