AWS Training & Certification is seeking a Solutions Architect III to help safeguard the technical accuracy and integrity of AWS certification exams. In this role, you will blend deep technical advisory work with hands-on development — maintaining the technical bar for a cadre of expert question writers while designing and building the internal tooling that powers exam development, delivery, analytics, and fraud detection. You will also identify opportunities to incorporate Generative AI into internal applications and processes, helping ensure AWS certifications remain the industry standard for validating cloud expertise.

• Participate in managing monitoring and developing technical certification exam questions • Design and manage development of internal applications to support exam development maintenance analytics and fraud detection • Recommend ways to incorporate Generative AI into internal application and processes • Maintain the technical bar for a cadre of expert technical question writers **There may be occasional travel involved for this role**
A day in the life
In this role you'll partner daily with certification exam question writers subject-matter experts and software teams to safeguard the technical accuracy and integrity of AWS certification exams. You'll review and advise on exam questions architect and build internal tools that support exam development delivery analytics and fraud detection and identify where Generative AI can automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency. You'll balance deep technical advisory work-maintaining the bar for expert question writers-with hands-on development of the next generation of certification tooling helping ensure AWS certifications remain the industry standard for validating cloud expertise.
