The LEO Executive Briefing Program is seeking a customer obsessed Briefing Center Coordinator to manage facility booking and logistics for the LEO Executive Briefing Center (EBC) located in Redmond, WA. The EBC Coordinator is responsible for managing request intake and logistics execution for executive briefings. They play a critical role in creating a world class customer experience for our guests, who are primarily executive level customers of LEO. This includes providing onsite logistics support for the EBC, greeting guests and escorting them to their briefing room, and carrying out setup/breakdown responsibilities for each briefing. It also includes facility coordination across security, catering, real estate and facilities, and other internal and external teams.
Key job responsibilities
• Ensure Executive Briefing Center is customer-ready at all times.
• Prepare executive briefing resources including printed materials, supplies, and swag. Setup and breakdown of briefing rooms for each briefing.
• Work from EBC Coordinator Welcome Desk, greet guests and visitors, provide coat checking, provide luggage storage, and escort them to their briefing room.
• Partner with onsite support such Security and IT to resolve ad hoc needs.
• Manage briefing supply inventory and ensure all storage areas organized.
• Managing catering and transportation services through vendors.
• Maintain and follow operational standard operating procedures.
• Collate and send weekly operations reporting.
