Shape the Associate Experience Across Our Network Are you passionate about creating workplaces where people feel valued, included, and inspired to do their best work? As an
Associate Experience Specialist II, you'll play a key role in bringing ADUSA's culture to life across our Distribution and Transportation network.
This is a highly visible, strategic role where you'll partner directly with leaders and associates to deliver meaningful programs that enhance
engagement, inclusion, and recognition-making a real impact on thousands of associates every day.
What You'll Do Champion Culture & Engagement - Bring culture and engagement programs to life at the site level-ensuring every associate feels included and connected
- Partner with leaders and HR teams to identify site-specific needs and develop targeted solutions
- Lead and support engagement initiatives, including onboarding and annual survey cycles
- Translate feedback into actionable strategies that improve the associate experience
Influence Leaders & Drive Alignment - Consult with site leaders, HRBPs, and frontline teams to understand challenges and opportunities
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping leaders build strong, engaged teams
- Facilitate training sessions, discussions, and workshops that build leadership capability
Lead Meaningful People and Culture Efforts - Promote and support Business Resource Groups (BRGs), driving participation across all levels
- Bring people and culture programming to life through education, events, and awareness campaigns
- Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh ideas to enhance inclusion across the organization
- Support external recognition initiatives that celebrate diversity and leadership
Elevate Rewards & Recognition - Help create a culture where associates feel appreciated and celebrated
- Drive adoption of recognition tools that highlight achievements and milestones
- Use data insights to measure effectiveness and continuously improve programs
Serve as a Key Connector - Act as a bridge between field operations and corporate teams
- Lead site-level culture committees and ensure they're driving meaningful outcomes
- Build strong relationships across all levels-from frontline associates to senior leaders
What You Bring Experience & Background - 4-7 years in HR, Inclusion & Belonging, Total Rewards, or engagement-focused roles
- Experience in distribution, manufacturing, or large-scale operations environments
- Proven success executing programs that improve engagement, retention, and inclusion
Education - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
Core Strengths - Strong communicator and facilitator who can engage diverse audiences
- Skilled at building relationships and influencing without direct authority
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple initiatives at once
- Analytical mindset-comfortable using data to drive decisions
