Northwestern Medicine is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our team in Naperville, IL, in the western suburbs of Chicago.
As a NM Family Medicine Physician, you will provide exceptional, patient-centered care to individuals and families across all ages. You will manage a broad spectrum of health issues of acute and chronic conditions while promoting wellness and preventative care. - Join a team of 3 Family Medicine Physicians
- Clinic hours are Mondays and Thursdays: 8 AM – 6 PM; Tuesdays and Wednesday: 8 AM – 5 PM; Fridays: 8 AM – 4 PM
- Call responsibilities: 1 week of call 3-4 times per year
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals
- Hospital privileges at Central DuPage Hospital
- Standard primary care equipment, procedure room, and onsite lab services
- Nurse and certified medical assistant support
- EPIC electronic health system
