- Join a team of 5 Family Medicine Physicians
- Clinic hours are Mondays: 7:30AM - 6:30PM; Tuesdays-Thursdays: 7:30AM - 5PM; Fridays: 7:30AM - 4PM
- Call responsibilities: 2 days a month
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals
- Hospital privileges at Central DuPage Hospital
- Standard primary care equipment, procedure room, and onsite lab services
- Nurse and certified medical assistant support
- EPIC electronic health system
