Application deadline: Aug 25, 2026
Ever wonder who makes it possible for One Medical clinicians to deliver exceptional care across state lines without drowning in paperwork? That's you. As a Licensing Specialist at One Medical, you'll run the white-glove program that gets practitioners licensed and delivering care in new states, faster.
Think of this role as part navigator, part builder, part advocate. You'll sit at the intersection of meticulous execution and genuine human connection every day; partnering directly with clinicians to turn a convoluted application process into a clear, actionable path forward. You'll also be building the systems, workflows, and automations that make the next person's experience smoother than the last.
You'll collaborate closely with the broader credentialing team and leaders to develop scalable ways to keep all providers current with evolving state regulations for their degree type. You bring personal resilience to a role where roadblocks are the norm, not the exception, and your ability to build trust-based relationships with internal and external partners will be critical to your success.
