Would you like to be part of a team that is redefining the IT industry? Amazon Web Services (AWS) is leading the next paradigm shift in computing and is looking for a passionate, self-driven candidate for an exciting new role within our Partner Acceleration Initiatives (PAI). The AWS Partner Organization is looking for a WW Co-Sell Initiatives Manager to support the strategy and execution for market-leading Programs designed to differentiate highly skilled, trusted AWS Partners in this era of rapid technological transformation.
This role sits at the intersection of partner experience, seller compensation, and product strategy for PAI. You'll build deep expertise in how PAI mechanisms work end-to-end, and use that knowledge to support policy development, contribute to tooling and feature roadmaps, and drive improvements that scale across the program. Working closely with the Shared Services Delivery Lead and Engineering Strategy Lead, you'll help ensure PAI's voice is embedded in cross-functional planning and engineering investment decisions, translating program needs into actionable priorities that improve outcomes for both partners and sellers.
Key job responsibilities
- Support the strategic direction of PAI program mechanisms, contributing to how PAI drives partner experience, scales efficiently, and delivers measurable business outcomes.
- Contribute to innovative strategies to evolve both existing and net new mechanisms and recommend simplified solutions to partner challenges, including supporting the execution of a cross-functional strategy to streamline program operations.
- Develop strong working knowledge of how PAI works end-to-end, supporting leadership with analysis on program challenges, surfacing insights, and helping translate them into actionable improvements.
- Contribute to program improvements by drafting business and technical requirements, success criteria, and process designs, then work with the Engineering Strategy Lead to bring them to life.
- Represent PAI in cross-functional forums with Global Sales Compensation, Sales Operations, Partner Systems, and other key stakeholders, helping build alignment that advances program priorities.
- Support business development impact by identifying how PAI mechanisms can unlock new partner engagement models, accelerate co-sell motions, and expand program reach.
- Serve as a partner-facing point of contact for PAI program matters, gathering partner feedback and helping translate it into program improvements to ensure the partner voice is reflected in how mechanisms are designed, launched, and refined.
