Southeast Gas has an immediate opening for an Engineering Services Supervisor at its Corporate Office in Andalusia.

Responsibilities for the position include:

Leading Southeast Gas' leak survey and cathodic protection programs.
Supervising major construction projects performed by outside contractors.
Supervising field technicians and construction project staff.
Coordinating contractor activities and project schedules.
Ensuring work is completed safely and in compliance with applicable pipeline safety standards.

Requirements for the position include:

Bachelor of Science degree in Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, or a related Engineering discipline.
Active Professional Engineer (PE) license issued by the Alabama Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors.
Minimum of seven years of progressive engineering experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to effectively supervise personnel, manage construction projects, and maintain regulatory compliance.
Supervisory experience preferred.
Experience in the natural gas or other regulated utility industry preferred.
