Position Title: Analyst Control Tower (II-IV)
Position Summary:
This position is responsible for providing daily visibility to the inbound and outbound projected, planned and actual volumes throughout our distribution network, in support of Supply Chain consistency and reliability, as well as providing needed reporting in support of S&OP processes.
There are multiple levels for this Analyst role:
Analyst II supports Supply Chain reporting in an assigned region and performs all principle duties described herein.
Analyst III supports Supply Chain reporting in an assigned region and performs all principle duties described herein. Additionally, this role may be assigned to a region where there are degrees of difference in the needs or challenges for that region. This position would support training within Supply Chain Control Tower or other additional projects as needed.
Analyst IV is responsible for managing the data integral to the functionality of the Supply Chain Control Tower. This work would include coordinating between IT, Supply Chain Analytics, and other critical teams to ensure data sources are identified and maintained and solutions are developed. This position has additional Control Tower duties as follows:
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Examples include inbound cases & pallets, outbound cases & pallets, DC to store fill rate, OSA, in bound on-time %, out bound on-time %, DC/Trans capacity (both operational and theoretical)
Support the connectivity cadence and reporting for Supply Chain operations, inclusive of Demand Management, DC Operations, and Logistics
Context Analyst III
Interactions and relationships. Interacts with various management/supervision staff within supply chain including DC staff, Finance, Logistics and Demand. Interactions may be driven and directed by Control Tower management.
