We are seeking an experienced Partner Manager to join our TVOD (transactional video on demand) team. This individual will be responsible of drive TVOD revenue as well as define work streams, processes and mechanisms to drive strong external partner relationships, improve profitability and continue building a product that will immediately excite customers.
This role is inherently cross-functional and involves working closely with design, merchandising, marketing, tech & product, operations, finance, and executive teams. A successful candidate will be highly analytical, resourceful, customer focused, team oriented, communicative and will have the ability to work independently under time constraints. They will have a proven track record in successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment. A self-starter who is able to prioritize and deliver on deadlines with minimal supervision, this person will have the ability to persuade and influence others, with a track record of driving results.
Key job responsibilities
• Manage the accounts of studios partners for Emerging LATAM territories. Account management includes royalty calculation, payment setting and performance reporting;
• Business planning around new customer acquisition and increase of units per customer;
• Influence co-marketing strategy and manage its execution;
• Act as vendor liaison between Business and Operations teams;
• Influence product priorities for Emerging LATAM customers;
• Manage content programming, merchandising priorities and design requests;
• Manage and set up pricing and promotional strategy, monitoring compliance on agreed pricing deal terms, promotions, and troubleshoot as needed;
• Develop and execute new commercial initiatives to improve profitability and boost performance;
• Analyze and report performance to studios partners;
• Monitor and report goals to internal senior leadership
