The Continuous Improvement Lead will lead continuous improvement implementation across MSP. They will coordinate and collaborate with cross functional teams to assure the successful mechanisms are in place and highly effective.
Key job responsibilities
-Lead the identification, development, and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives across the organization
-Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote a culture of continuous improvement
-Develop and track continuous improvement project plans, deliverables, and milestones
-Foster a culture of continuous improvement by engaging with stakeholders to gain support for process changes and improvements
-Facilitate smooth transitions during process improvements
-Act as a mentor and coach to build continuous improvement capabilities across the organization
-Collaborate with leaders to ensure best practices are shared across departments
