This role supports the Global Procurement Organization (GPO) that creates value for World Wide Operations by sourcing, procuring and managing non-inventory goods and services across 28 countries and multiple business lines. The role collaborates with subject matter experts to identify the most impactful organizational learning needs. The candidate creates activity-rich learning experiences using multi-modal (standard work, microlearning, eLearning, instructor-led learning, proximity learning etc.), customer-obsessed approaches. The role deploys learning using multiple channels including our learning experience platform, Global Procurement University. Candidates measure value to iterate to improve.
The right candidate for this role is a self-starter with dedication to seeing projects through to the end. You must be able to work independently in a collaborative, creative, and ambiguous environment. You will have an eye for detail and determination to hold to high standards. This position involves direct contact with both internal and external stakeholders. The candidate must have an ability to earn and maintain trust.
This role requires up to 30% travel and can be based out of Arlington, VA; Bellevue, WA; Houston, TX; Nashville, TN.

Key job responsibilities
• Articulate a clear description, benefits, execution plan for managed capabilities, skills, and programs
• Manage multiple content development projects simultaneously
• Select the appropriate subject-matter-experts; collaborate with them to identify measurable pain points and articulate the learning objective
• Create project plan; use sprint methodology to prioritize and execute projects; monitor project progress
• Select the appropriate learning modality balancing frugality with high standards
• Create course outlines aligned to the problem; incorporate learner preferences, cognitive abilities, storytelling to enhance engagement and comprehension
• Develop prototypes and translate prototypes into learner centered, performance-based, activity rich learning assets
• Apply team standards that ensure alignment to the Amazon and GPO brand, accessibility, cultural relevancy, impact
• Deploy learning using effective communication strategies; prepares facilitators as needed
• Leverage science and data-driven approaches to design, deploy and evaluate the effectiveness of learning assets and quickly revises assets to address feedback
• Manage, interpret, and analyze business data to report conclusions and make recommendations based on findings
• Produce written reports to communicate and gain support for solutions, measurement and evaluation plans
• Identify innovative ways to enhance learning experiences by integrating AI-driven personalization, adaptive learning, and data analytics (especially as it relates to our LMS and Ticketing Systems)
