Amazon Web Services (AWS) Finance seeks a Program Manager to join our Central Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team. The team is responsible for managing financial planning and reporting for AWS, including the annual operating plan, long range plan, regular forecast process, and providing analytical support to senior management. In this role, the Finance Program Manager will partner with the AWS Finance leadership team to manage stakeholder communication, team deliverables, and financial planning calendar. The role requires a strong sense of urgency the ability to work autonomously on multiple high priority projects.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned Finance Program Manager who is decisive, action-oriented, and able to motivate, inspire, and lead cross-functional teams. The right candidate is an expert in process design and continuous improvement, and is unapologetic about having extremely high standards for quality of work. In addition, this person must have the ability to think strategically and act tactically at the same time. They should have a proven record of delivering process-related projects with measurable results, and possess strong written and oral communication skills.
