As a Support engineer in our fast growing and innovative team, you will help maintain and support large-scale systems that power dynamic ad insertion (DAI) for live sports and live events. In this role you will:
• Become a key member of the Live DAI services development and implementation team.
• Integrate and manage software hardware and network components to optimize system performance.
• Troubleshoot system issues and implement solutions to enhance stability and reliability.
• Automate process for improved system efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
• Continuously improve systems to enhance viewer experience and advertiser effectiveness.
• Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and reliability for large-scale events.
• Work closely with implementation teams to troubleshoot issues, perform data driven analysis of results, and make recommendations for improvements and corrective actions.
