We're seeking an experienced Manager, Supply Chain to drive strategic initiatives across Amazon's Grocery ecosystem (Fresh, Amazon Go, Whole Foods). This role will be instrumental in optimizing our distribution network efficiency and ensuring seamless supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution team and own end-to-end outbound transfer process between Distribution Centers (DCs) and downstream spokes within the Amazon Grocery network
- Drive continuous improvement in On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) metrics through data-driven analysis and systematic problem-solving
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize the current process of managing the inventory transfers
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders including DC Operations, ISMs, and carriers to ensure flawless execution and enhance network efficiency
- Build and maintain complex analytical models to evaluate routing efficiencies and network optimization opportunities
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with Operations Integration and Tech teams to identify and resolve systemic issues
- Define and implement technical requirements for process automation and scalability
