The Project Control Analyst is responsible for leading and coordinating activities with engineering, customers, and resource allocation for Distribution projects in Power Delivery. This position will work with Engineers and Distribution Supervisors and Distribution Construction to ensure the continual accuracy of each project and schedule.
- Facilitate execution of Distribution Construction activities
- Lead and coordinate scheduling activities by running weekly / bi-weekly scheduling meeting
- Collaborate with Engineers, Distribution Supervisors, and Construction Coordinators to schedule jobs to meet customer commitments.
- Proactively communicate construction milestones with customer and internal stakeholders

+ RSSMS associated with JETS Jobs
- Monitor Scheduling truck in ARMS and assign jobs accordingly
- Assist with various New Service Requests
- Take and make customer contact when requested or needed addressing customer concerns
- Primary Dispatcher for JETS jobs
- Monitor and assign jobs accordingly in OFS to maintain a dynamic crew schedule
- Update JETS jobs with completed site readiness check information
