The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) Partner team is looking for an experienced Partner Delivery Manager (PPDM) to lead a team of ProServe Delivery Leaders. You'll drive complex transformative IT projects at scale for customers, focusing on Generative AI, IT Strategy, distributed architectures, and hybrid cloud operations, through scaling our ProServe Partner delivery network. The PPDM is a trusted advisor who collaborates with ProServe partner delivery organizations (SDTs/GCC), sales, and ProServe delivery teams to ensure sellers are working backwards from our partners, customers and proposing solutions that optimize the delivery of customer business outcomes through AWS partners.
The PPDM will be responsible for scaling the ProServe Partner delivery capabilities, through establishing and commercializing relationships with partners to ensure AWS Professional Service is fully leveraging the AWS Partner Network to accelerate AWS customer outcomes.
Your experience delivering secure, high-quality customer outcomes, through matrixed delivery organizations (across professional and managed services organizations, various partner cohorts (ISV/SI/GSI)), will equip you with the ability to deliver business value for customers at scale through the AWS Partner Network.
You will demonstrate proficiency in delivery and sales methodologies, and CRM systems, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, and program/project management abilities. PPDMs will be measured on the performance of ProServe partner delivery against key metrics including but not limited to partner sub-contracted Revenue, partner engagement, and customer satisfaction (CSAT).
Key job responsibilities

• Leveraging deep AWS and Partner delivery knowledge to guide sellers in proposing optimal solutions
• Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators, ensuring accurate reporting and forecasting to optimize operational processes and manage risk
• Building, and evolving Partner Delivery Onboarding Mechanisms (and ensuring adherence across ProServe delivery organizations)
