As a Partner Programmatic GTM Specialist, you will lead a partner enablement initiatives to drive programmatic product adoption and revenue across Amazon Ads. You'll work cross-functionally with Finance, AdTech, Product, Marketing, Account Executives, and Partner Development Managers to solve complex problems, identify opportunities, and develop sales strategies that drive partner growth and impact. Your responsibilities will include defining the partner journey, identifying inputs to drive high-value actions, and accelerating our partners across our full-funnel solutions. You'll be accountable for GTM strategy and execution across Programmatic ADSP and AMC product experiences for independent agency and tech partner segments.
We're seeking a seasoned leader and expert in business strategy and GTM who is both analytical and strategic, as well as pragmatic and results-oriented. You'll contribute to Global Partner Development org's product adoption goals, align team GTM and initiatives to Amazon Ads priorities, and monitor key metrics to drive accountability. This highly visible role requires strong collaboration skills and the ability to influence cross-functional partners. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with ambiguity, able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and possess high levels of creativity, independence, flexibility, and attention to detail. You'll be responsible for setting the vision for your team to define and drive bar-raising marketing strategies across partner segments, while working closely with internal management teams to achieve growth goals.
Key job responsibilities
• Design, execute and track GTM motions working across multiple stakeholders including: Product, Marketing, technical support, front line partner sales teams.
• Determine what GTM playbooks, training, and enablement initiatives to prioritize to accelerate partner growth and advancement in the partner journey.
• Define key mechanisms and SOPs aligned to the org’s top strategic priorities, defining levers and sequencing, and input metrics/ high value actions.
• Support partner teams to upskill, scale best practices, and share learnings.
• Solve high-impact problems and develop actionable solutions using complex data sets.
• Act as thought partners to the organization in order to translate strategic recommendations into execution, with a particular focus on where and how recommendations drive value.
• Identify opportunities for future innovation and programs based on global customer VOC.
• Uses expertise and judgment to select appropriate stakeholders to determine the right goals, inform decisions, and design long-term solutions. Able to deliver independently and take the lead on local initiatives.
• Translate partner and internal stakeholder feedback into business use cases and requirements, and collect marketplace intelligence required to help guide prioritization of global advertiser and agency initiatives.
• Able to think big and understand full spectrum of customer data and also zoom in, as needed, to troubleshoot, pivot and/or identify high value actions.
• Strong knowledge of the digital advertising industry including established formats (Streaming TV, Online & Mobile Video/Display) and emerging formats (Audio & Outdoor).
