Key job responsibilities
As a Sales Research Analyst in Customer & Field Insights, you will work on global research projects that shed light on business problems:
You will collect and analyze data to derive insights for sales leaders to help Sales teams to improve the customer experience. You will organize, integrate, and analyze data from different sources (e.g., surveys, telemetry, financials, behavioral, interviews) to identify patterns and derive insights. Research findings will be delivered the form of data tables, dashboards, insights summaries, and research papers.
This position is perfect for someone with quantitative strength and an expert ability to use data to guide strategic decisions. You support your ideas and findings clearly with data, logic, and organization. You are skilled at using data to guide decisions and tell a compelling story that resonates with executive audiences.
A day in the life
Support existing and new research programs, primarily during the data analysis and production stages.
Review new data, conduct statistical analysis, aggregate multiple data sources, and identify patterns
Provide the sales organization with high quality data tables and dashboards
Turn data into actionable insights about customer experience and employee sentiment that can be shared across a broad set of stakeholders
Innovate on novel research techniques using AWS solutions
Ensure the application of best practices in survey design and statistical analysis by influencing research efforts across AWS Sales
