We want a Service Coordinator that is a focused, independent, organized, initiative-taker. The Service Coordinator wants to work for a fun, creative, fast-paced, well-known Cleveland organization.
As the service coordinator you will help our internal and external customers daily with their needs or concerns while building strong trusting relationships by understanding those needs and solving their wants. The service coordinator is responsible for:
- Providing support to both internal and external customers by processing daily field paperwork, calculating and entering job costs.
- Resolve issues of damaged or defective products by filing claims with vendors and re-ordering parts.
- Receive service calls/emails from both internal and external customers and create work orders for service technicians.
- Create/process labor reimbursement from vendors for warranty claims and assist in administering product recalls.
- Provide support with scheduling service and small deliveries.
- Support other operations position for vacations and high-volume workloads.
- Follow-up with customers if they want to proceed, prepare quote for parts and labor.
- Support the Operations Manager with Payroll, making sure hours are quoted and entered correctly.
