Peer Support Services Supervisor to join our team in Wake County. This integral leadership role ensures individuals receive high-quality services that empower them while they transition successfully into the community and maintain independent living.
What You’ll Do
The Peer Support Services Supervisor provides leadership and oversight for Certified Peer Support Specialists, ensuring adherence to service fidelity, scope of work, and regulatory requirements. This hybrid position includes virtual weekly meetings, administrative tasks, and one monthly client meeting (in-person or virtual). Responsibilities include coordinating and delivering training, ensuring compliance with all policies, regulations, and the NC Peer Support code of ethics, and maintaining case records per licensing and funder standards. The supervisor also supports service implementation, monitors program effectiveness, and facilitates communication between staff and leadership.

Being part of our team means your growth and development are valued and supported. This full-time position offers a flexible Monday-Friday schedule (9:00 AM–5:00 PM) that is mostly remote in NC in addition to a competitive salary range of
$48,000–$54,000, based on experience. You'll join a growing team making a meaningful impact in the community, with access to excellent benefits for benefits eligible positions.

What We’re Looking For
To join our team in this role you need experience in providing tenancy support and finding community housing resources for adults with mental health & substance use challenges as well as a driver’s license, insurance and reliable transportation for work related travel as needed.
Additional Required Qualifications Include
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and to meet minimum qualifications for a NC Qualified Mental Health Professional
- Certified Peer Support Specialist (CPSS) in NC
- Supervisory experience
