Key Job Responsibilities: We are currently looking for a Support Engineer to help us optimize and grow our infrastructure. Our services operate at scale and support Live events Dynamic ad insertion, so a passion and discipline around operational excellence is key. In this role you will have the opportunity to:

Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Sciences, or equivalent work experience
Knowledge and high proficiency in AWS services
Experience supporting Live events and streaming services (monitoring, troubleshooting, scaling)
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of relevant hands-on systems engineering and administrative experience in cloud-based administration
Familiarity with object-oriented design and coding skills
Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions
Adept at handling ambiguous or undefined challenges through strong problem-solving abilities
