This enables the Sales organization to achieve go-to-market objectives by driving process, analytics and technical transformation programs.

You will manage complex programs that have a direct impact on critical business goals and objectives. You will also lead cross-functional teams and subject matter experts in their development, planning and execution.
As a Program Manager II Strategy & Operations, you will be responsible for:
- Leading multiple concurrent cross-functional programs from inception through to launch and adoption
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to clearly articulate the business problem, program scope, key stakeholders and success criteria
- Building and driving execution against complex, multi-phased program plans, while managing risks, issues and dependencies
- Partnering with enablement and communications teams to ensure smooth rollout, training, and stakeholder adoption
- Defining and executing a change management plan to meet program criteria and promote long-term success
- Tracking KPIs to measure adoption, impact, and program effectiveness
Do what you love
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have 4 years of relevant experience and a BS degree
- Bring demonstrated experience in Program Management, leading concurrent cross-functional programs
- Have experience using project management and collaboration tools, such as Smartsheets, Miro, Confluence and Google Productivity Tools
- Possess exceptional interpersonal, communication and organizational skills to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders
- Demonstrate the ability to adapt fluidly, solve problems and drive alignment across teams
