JOB SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for managing and evaluating business requirements and making evidence-based recommendations to drive and optimize process improvements across the - GAS enterprise and the customer footprint. This role bridges business decision makers, management teams and technology partners to track and enhance business performance, identify improvement opportunities, and deliver measurable outcomes. The Manager leads a team of analysts who specialize in data analytics and process mapping, combining hands-on tactical leadership with strategic influence. The ideal candidate will need to be familiar with developing metrics and key performance indicators within an organization as well as analyzing results and finding process improvement opportunities. Responsibilities include presenting insights and recommendations to business stakeholders, including senior executives, by leveraging tools such as Power BI and SQL to identify trends, and championing process improvements that impact productivity, quality, and the customer experience. Experience in natural gas utilities or energy is preferred, however, strong analytical and business process improvement expertise from other industries will also be highly valued.
MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead a team of analysts, responsible for process mapping, data analysis, and business performance reporting in the execution of process analytics and related tasks.
- Evaluate existing business processes, identify root causes of inefficiencies, and recommend data-driven improvements using KPIs, metrics, and dashboards.
- Partner with leaders at various levels and stakeholders across the enterprise to define priorities, align strategies, and gain buy-in for process improvements.
- Coordinating and overseeing business process improvement initiatives, ensuring solutions are practical, measurable and sustainable.
- Performing ongoing analyses and monitoring of business processes related to productivity, quality, costs and time management and adjusting as needed.
- Presenting progress reports and integrating feedback
- Revising and updating procedures and policies and partnering with change management and training
- Maintain a centralized process documentation repository to support knowledge sharing, compliance, and continuous learning.
- Serve as a visible leader for process improvement and analytics best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: (Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Engineering or in a related field (Master’s preferred), or equivalent work experience; High School Diploma.
- 5+ years experience in business process analytics, data or management
- 3-5 years of people leadership experience with a strong track record of guiding teams and fostering professional development preferred.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data visualization and analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL).
- Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication skills - able to simplify complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies or related frameworks.
- Superb recordkeeping, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to balance strategic priorities with tactical execution.
- Basic project management and change management knowledge/skills are a plus.

Pay Range: $99,663.00 - $156,612.50 USD Annually: Base salary varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, and at the time of this posting, this is the reasonable salary range for this role.
